8:00 AM ---> LOAD all equipment,  please keep the three car stalls in the first three rows in front of the band room door open so that we can put the trailer there.
8:45 AM ---> LEAVE  for Lewis Central High School
10:30 AM --->  ARRIVE at Lewis Central High School.  Get dress and unload all equipment we will need for the rehearsal.
12:00 PM --->  Go to music warm-up area.
12:15 PM --->  Music warm-up.
12:30 PM --->  Marching warm-up. 
12:45 PM  ---> GATE TIME.  Set up and ready to go onto the field.
*1:00 PM ---> PERFORMANCE.
1:15 PM ---> Pictures will be taken and can be ordered.  No money for the pictures is needed at this time.
1:30 PM --->  Change and load everything back onto the trailer.  Drums and tubas first!  Then wait for our ratings.  We will leave immediately after we receive our rating.
*2:00 PM --->  Leave for home.
*3:45 PM ---> ARRIVE at CHS. Everyone help unload and put things away properly.

* - Approximate time, may be earlier or later depending on the length of the shows before us. 

THINGS TO REMEMBER -
-Warm clothes , it may be very cold you never know this time of year!
- Money for food
- black gloves and SOCKS - check BEFORE you leave!
- ALL uniform parts
- Instrument
- ALL Guard and Percussion items
