6:20 AM ---> LOAD all equipment, please keep the three car stalls
in the first three rows in front of the band room door open so that we
can put the trailer there.

7:00 AM ---> LEAVE for West Des Moines

8:30 AM ---> ARRIVE at Valley Stadium. Get dress and unload all equipment we will need for the rehearsal.

9:15 AM ---> Go to music warm-up area. This is a long walk so we have to hurry.

10:15 AM ---> GATE TIME. Set up and ready to go onto the field.

10:30 AM ---> PERFORMANCE.

10:45 AM ---> Pictures will be taken and can be ordered. No money for the pictures is needed at this time.

11:00 AM ---> Change and load everything back onto the trailer. Drums and tubas first!

11:30 AM ---> Leave for Valleywest Mall.

1:45 PM ---> Return to the stadium.

*2:55 PM ---> AWARDS CEREMONY. Emily and Ashley be dressed by 2:30.

3:30 PM ---> Get dressed to get ready for Showdown.

4:00 PM ---> Go to music warm-up area. This is a long walk so we have to hurry.

5:00 PM ---> GATE TIME. Set up and ready to go onto the field.

*5:15 PM ---> PERFORMANCE.

*11:10 PM ---> AWARDS CEREMONY. Emily and Ashley be dressed by 10:45.

11:30 PM ---> LEAVE for home.

*12:45 AM ---> ARRIVE HOME. Everyone helps unload and do the “assembly line thing”!
* - Approximate time, may be earlier or later depending on the length of the shows before us. Tell your parents to be EARLY!!
