9:00 AM ---> LOAD all equipment,  please keep the three car stalls in the first three rows in front of the band room door open so that we can put the trailer there.  Nothing will come off the stage.
9:30 AM ---> LEAVE  for Glenwood High School
11:00 AM --->  ARRIVE at Glenwood High School.  Get dress and unload all equipment we will need for the rehearsal.
12:20 PM --->  Go to music warm-up area.
12:30 PM --->  Music warm-up.
12:45 PM --->  Marching warm-up. 
1:00 PM  ---> GATE TIME.  Set up and ready to go onto the field.
*1:15 PM ---> PERFORMANCE.
1:20 PM ---> Pictures will be taken and can be ordered.  No money for the pictures is needed at this time.
1:50 PM --->  Change and load everything back onto the trailer.  Drums and tubas first!  Then wait for our ratings.  We will leave immediately after we receive our rating.
*2:40 PM ---> 3A Ratings announced.
*3:00 PM --->  Leave for home.
*4:30 PM ---> ARRIVE at CHS. Everyone help unload and put things away properly.

-Warm clothes , it may be very cold you never know this time of year!
- Money for food
- black gloves and SOCKS - check BEFORE you leave!
